The wheatgrass was ordered on the Wednesday, and arrived on the Friday as stated on the website. Delivery was quick and the wheatgrass was exactly as it should have been...Frozen, delicious and very well received. Definitely would recommend this seller for the best frozen wheatgrass this side of the UK.

Excellent. Big Banana Juice Bar are knowledgeable, friendly, approachable reliable and flexible with deliveries locally - this has made a big difference to by being able to continue ordering the product in the future. Having some reactions but hopefully these will ease. However, slightly concerned at lack of response on many of the feedback / question pages on this website, doesnt look so good, would be better not to have the pages if you cannot answer everyone\&srquot;s questions as health is a rather important issue, especially when people ask about things like cancer. I would suggest simply offering a feedback page for comments, but asking people to e-mail directly with specific, personal questions, otherwise it looks like you don\&srquot;t care !!!! ther are hardly any responses from you since 2008 !

Ordering easy and prompt delivery excellent however trying to contact in the case of any problems is poor! The "contact us" link on the website doesn\&srquot;t work, the "contact the big banana juice bar" link on the invoice takes you through to a login page, with no instructions on how to set up an account if not registered. The only way to contact is via the phone number on the invoice, however even this isn\&srquot;t correct (goes through to the actual bar), and I\&srquot;m subsequently given a different number to ring for order queries....

Hi, great product and great service.

However I am concerned by the amount of packaging required in every delivery - which is not recyclable. All that polystyrene and chill-packs, every time - that\&srquot;s a lot of landfill. Is there some way you can make your packaging greener, or sort out a system where regular customers can give back the packaging to use again when receiving another package?

Very friendly and helpful, got an apology for late order, and explaination that it was a mix up, these things happen.

Can someone please call me regarding my order which i placed on Tuesday 29th May as it still has not arrived.

It is been 4 days since it was dispatched and your website states that the packaging keeps the wheatgrass frozen for 48 hours. I am unsure what to do as I had to take Friday off work to wait for a package which did not, and still has not arrived.

I have left a message but had no response.

If only other suppliers could operate half as efficiently our stress levels would be much lower!

I\&srquot;ve made an order of Tuesday and have had nothing but a google wallet reciept.
Rang number on the email and got a Juice Bar who gave me Harri\&srquot;s number which is not answered.
Wish I had read these comments before ordering.

I can only echo what the previous posters have said. Basically don\&srquot;t bother. Order placed Tuesday morning for Wednesday delivery; payment taken (obviously); Wednesday came and went with no frozen wheat grass; Thursday morning rang the contact number which is actually the shop who although helpful can\&srquot;t really do much; gave me Harri\&srquot;s mobile number which was engaged the first 4 times I tried it; got through left message; rang again 2 hours later and again went to voice mail - further message left asking for a call back by close of business today; no return call. Just tried again and again it goes to voice mail. The person in the shop though did say they\&srquot;d been having problems with their supply of wheat grass which rather begs the question "why take an order for it then"? Not impressed, will not recommend and will never use again. It is one thing to not be able to supply goods already purchased but it is another level altogether to not reply to telephone calls, that is just sheer unprofessionalism. Now just want a refund and will be chasing for this.

Aside initial communication failures all is well and excelllent product and service.

Excellent customer service! Big juice did not have my entire order ready for the expected delivery date but sent me a small supply to tied me over, together with a free box of another product for me to try and also some extra free samples.

Only fairly recently began using these frozen products but really love them.

Ordered 12 weeks supply of wheatgrass on Jan 30th. I was told that it would not be ready for the expected delivery date but would come a week late and it didn\&srquot;t. Then I was promised a 3 week supply via next day delivery - that did arrive but I\&srquot;m still waiting for the promised delivery of the rest of the juice. Please contact me ASAP with an update

Despite a plethora of emails to The Big Banana Company [TBBC] in connection with the captioned subject, it is evident that the Company has FAILED to fulfill its contract to date. Moreover, TBBC have declined (deliberately or otherwise) to respond to any of the aforementioned correspondence.

I placed an order for the juicer this week and have of course made the payment, as there has been no confirmation via email of my order or any indication of a deleviery date, am increasingly concerned about the order and now having doubts about the efficiency of the machine.
I was recomended wheatgrass for my 6 year old who has ADD, i have had to scrimp and save and use scarcen funds to purchase this product, having read the reviews, unfortunately after placing the order, I would like to cancel the order request a full refund.
