The wheatgrass was ordered on the Wednesday, and arrived on the Friday as stated on the website. Delivery was quick and the wheatgrass was exactly as it should have been...Frozen, delicious and very well received. Definitely would recommend this seller for the best frozen wheatgrass this side of the UK.

Excellent. Big Banana Juice Bar are knowledgeable, friendly, approachable reliable and flexible with deliveries locally - this has made a big difference to by being able to continue ordering the product in the future. Personal proactive communication made me feel a valued customer and trustful of the transaction. Their product is excellent and just as described. Would highly recommend.

very happy with quick delivery and condition of wheatgrass. tastes good and feels good in my tum !!! :o)
Having some reactions but hopefully these will ease. However, slightly concerned at lack of response on many of the feedback / question pages on this website, doesnt look so good, would be better not to have the pages if you cannot answer everyone\&srquot;s questions as health is a rather important issue, especially when people ask about things like cancer. I would suggest simply offering a feedback page for comments, but asking people to e-mail directly with specific, personal questions, otherwise it looks like you don\&srquot;t care !!!! ther are hardly any responses from you since 2008 !

Absolutely awful customer service.
I still have not received my order, despite it being placed over 2 weeks ago. I also cannot get in touch with the store as the contact form does not work.

Ordering easy and prompt delivery excellent however trying to contact in the case of any problems is poor! The "contact us" link on the website doesn\&srquot;t work, the "contact the big banana juice bar" link on the invoice takes you through to a login page, with no instructions on how to set up an account if not registered. The only way to contact is via the phone number on the invoice, however even this isn\&srquot;t correct (goes through to the actual bar), and I\&srquot;m subsequently given a different number to ring for order queries....

Hi, great product and great service.

However I am concerned by the amount of packaging required in every delivery - which is not recyclable. All that polystyrene and chill-packs, every time - that\&srquot;s a lot of landfill. Is there some way you can make your packaging greener, or sort out a system where regular customers can give back the packaging to use again when receiving another package?
