Things To Do With Frozen Wheatgrass
Frozen wheatgrass is a great option especially if you do not like the strong lingering taste of freshly juiced wheatgrass. With our individual 30ml pots with lids we have made it easy and convenient for you to incorporate a wheatgrass shot into your daily routine. Wheatgrass juice is best drunk in the morning on an empty stomach.
Here are a few of our recommended ways of drinking your frozen wheatgrass shot.
Defrost, shake and take.
Simple, before you go to bed take a wheatgrass pot out of the freezer and place in the fridge. In the morning it will be defrosted. Holding down the lid, give the pot a shake, take lid off and down in one.
On The Move
Grab a frozen wheatgrass pot with lid from the freezer, place in bag and take it with you. The wheatgrass juice takes about 40 mins to defrost at room temperature. You can take the pot with you to work, place on desk and once defrosted, shake and take.
- Pop a frozen cube or two into a blender
- Add ½ cup of water (natural mineral water is best)
You can also use fruit juice to blend
- Blend on a low setting for one minute
- Allow to settle
- Pour into a cup and drink
This produces a fantastic emerald-green drink. A perfectly nutritional and refreshing drink that truly sets you up for the day.
With Fruit Smoothies and Juices
Blend a frozen wheatgrass shot with fresh fruit or vegetable juice combinations. You can really be imaginative and create your ideal combination.
